This performance is a confrontation between the music of Ivor Gurney and a soundscape of Aarich Jespers. Ivor Gurney is not very well known, not even in his native land. He was a poet, soldier, composer and philosopher, who suffered from neurasthenia and later much more severe mental illnesses. 1st November 2000
