It was just like I thought it would be : as great as last time I saw them! I was so sad it had to end! but they'll be back here in May, the 25th at the Café de Danse. You can add that on your list, if not done already! Be sure I'll go! La Maroquinnerie is a very small venue so the atmosphere was "intimate". They played some songs from "I paint pictures...", about two from "Everyday...", and several from "Life..." which we didn't know since the album will only be out here on April, the 10th. They sounded great, I can't wait to hear them again. They also performed "Rock'n'roll" from The Velvet Underground at the first encore and they came back another time and played "About the successful..." They all seemed to be happy to perform here, all funny in their own way as usual! Stef was kind enough to speak in French and he's quite good at it! I wish today was yesterday! |
