Zita Swoon played live Friday night at Palavobis in Milan, supporting Muse. It was the first time I could see them live and ...well, they're great! Stef is an incredible performer and Tomas impressed me a lot too! They managed to hook up with the audience even if no one (eccept me and 3 or 4 other people) knew them, especially with the most funky-soul-dance songs(disco!, the bananaqueen... they had all of us swiver our fingers and sing "Hey! My life is ok!!!"). I really liked the version of My heart belongs to someone else, good variations from calm to angry to passionate and so on... This is the list (if i remember correctly): 1. to someone else p.s. Muse were ok. Matthew is good at piano, while at the guitar he's supported by so many effects which make up all that mess (also the bass is always on heavy distortion); besides, all that falsetto grew feeding me up. |
