Well I have seen them as zita swoon once again in Lille on April 15, 1999, in a place called "Le Splendid". Their concert was so great and powerful that i have trouble to express my feelings either in french or in english. I didn't expect such a show... They played the whole new album (i paint pictures.....) and some of the previous one (everyday i wear....) : Jintro, Moondance, Cachita, shall i let this good man in, Waiting 'til you're gone. Stef spoke to the audience in french and tried to explain some of the lyrics. He also added a few words of "Requiem pour un con", a french song by serge gainsbourg, on a song that i don't remind. Actually he used to sing this song on stage with dEUS. After having seen zita swoon i wonder if i may not start some upright bass lessons... |
