I don't know about the Zita gig in Thursday, but the Friday gig was a swell combination of new and old songs (ice guitars, tv song, ...), of poprock blending with disco and bluesy tunes... a band in great shape... one of the best played gigs I've seen of this SKC Band, and God knows I sure seen a lot of them... me too I needed some time to get used to this record, but it's worth listening again and again to get through to this new brand of sound and songwriting... but even more after hearing them live once again: I'm not complaining at all... |
