JINTRO OOr : The Josie-character comes up in your songs often. Stef : Yes. I've just written another song with Josie in it. But it's always someone else. I've also tried this with Jintro, but it didn't work out as that name was too specific. Look, you write about someone and you've got to use a name to do so. exist for real? Stef : Everything is based on my own life. But it all remains very vague. I can't write about getting up in the morning, putting on my socks and going to the baker's. They're all combinations of people and events, but in a vague and poetic way. |
